Articul8 AI is seeking an exceptional AI Research Manager to join us in shaping the future of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). As a member of our Applied Research team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational management, and hands-on implementation of research projects aimed at advancing our GenAI technologies.

In Short

• Lead and contribute to the hands-on implementation of research projects, including coding and technical development.
• Oversee the execution of research projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Develop and implement the research strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development.
• Continuously stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in GenAI.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of AI researchers and engineers.

Requirements

• MSc degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as an AI researcher with a track record of applied research work.
• Strong background in parallel/distributed computing (preferably on the cloud).
• Experience developing tools, libraries, and infrastructure for data preprocessing and model training.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
