In Short

  • Serve as the operational strategic point of contact for client carriers and client partners.
  • Provide direction and guidance to Client Operational Analysts.
  • Facilitate communication with the client.
  • Manage escalated operational issues from intake to resolution.
  • Lead recurring operational meetings with clients.
  • Facilitate on-site client visits and tours.
  • Assist with client business reviews.
  • Engage vertical leads internally as needed.
  • Participate in SOW/MSA discussions.
  • Deliver clear and concise operational presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience within a Business Operations function.
  • Excellent facilitation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Ability to support a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proven ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Positive attitude and effective consulting skills.
  • Advanced experience in technical training.
  • Software knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to travel 10% - 20% of the time.
