Manager, Vendor Oversight - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Vendor Oversight supports sourcing, contract execution, and performance management for key vendor partners Zing has decided to work with, including but not limited to the Medicare Advantage Supplemental vendor network.

In Short

• Responsible for contractual performance and oversight.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure operational readiness.
• Support the development of plans and operational solutions.
• Assess existing and identify new vendor relationships.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and implement vendor contracts.
• Manage project implementations and renegotiation functions.
• Ensure adherence to contract requirements.
• Provide operational support for supplemental vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for performance results.
• Utilize analytical skills to present data in reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in Medicare Managed Care.
• 1 year experience managing vendor relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and compliance timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
