Overview

As a Program Manager for Zillow's New Construction business, you will lead initiatives that enhance partnerships with builders and industry stakeholders, driving business success and improving the partner experience.

• Lead cross-functional programs in Industry and Partner Engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
• Proven program leadership with strategic thinking and detail orientation.
• Experience managing complex programs across teams.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Commitment to operational excellence and data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of partner engagement frameworks.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to simplify complexity for stakeholder alignment.
• Experience in program measurement frameworks.
