In Short

  • Become the technical expert responsible for supporting customers using Zimperium's solution.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and take ownership of customer issues.
  • Collaborate with product, devops, and engineering teams.
  • Understand mobile applications and troubleshoot issues reported by customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and escalate unresolved product issues.
  • Develop technical documentation for specific customer needs.
  • Maintain visibility on potential risks to management.
  • Work closely with customer success and development teams across different time zones.
  • Strong SQL, Python, and Java scripting skills required.
  • Experience with mobile apps and MDM solutions is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent engineering degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support roles, preferably in security and mobile device management.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based web applications.
  • Extensive troubleshooting skills and knowledge of debugging.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Experience in mobile app delivery and deployment on iOS and Android is a plus.
