Overview

The Title Coordinator will play a vital role in the loan manufacturing process at Zillow Home Loans, assisting customers in achieving their financial goals by managing title packages and collaborating with various stakeholders.

In Short

• Order and review title packages for loan fulfillment.
• Partner with title/escrow companies and Dytrix.
• Update loan origination software (LOS) and support the Processing team.
• Communicate promptly with loan stakeholders about issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Meet service level and turn-time standards.
• Adapt to changing timelines and processes.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mortgage and Encompass experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
