Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in the sales team by identifying opportunities with potential new customers to promote flexible staffing solutions.

  • At least 1 year of outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Fluent in German and English for effective communication.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot; knowledge of sales engagement tools is a plus.
