Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Zello, you will own a large book of business and drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion through an at-scale approach.

In Short

  • Own and grow a large portfolio of enterprise, mid-market, and SMB accounts.
  • Drive product adoption and value realization through automated campaigns.
  • Monitor customer health and engagement metrics.
  • Develop scalable programs for onboarding and training.
  • Implement data-driven segmentation for proactive outreach.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and support teams.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Reduce churn and increase retention.
  • Be the voice of the customer for product improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience managing a high-volume customer portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in customer success platforms/CRM tools.
  • Ability to leverage automation and digital strategies.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret customer data.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
