As he continues to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to join his team.

In Short

• Responsible for developing the process vision, strategy, and objectives for the order to billing cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze order to bill data.
• Set strategic direction for process improvement opportunities.
• Develop a vision of excellence in customer invoicing processes.
• Ensure optimal use of ERP technologies and manage the Technology Roadmap.
• Act as a key stakeholder to foster a culture of process excellence.
• Secure budget for transformation initiatives and manage it effectively.
• Drive innovative solutions for planning cycles.
• Provide proposals for process improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in the respective process area.
• Experience with relevant systems and technology.
• Lean / Six Sigma qualifications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
