  • Accurately enter and manage data within the operating system.
  • Perform order execution, including generating and maintaining paperwork.
  • Record customer calls, log data, and communicate with the sales staff.
  • Coordinate and confirm trucking schedules, including pick-up and delivery details.
  • Verify case counts and temperature compliance.
  • Monitor weather and road conditions to anticipate and address potential delays.
  • Utilize mapping tools to assist with route planning and directions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email, ensuring excellent service.
  • Follow standard operational procedures to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple offices and manage divided responsibilities.
