As an Account Manager (AI & AR), you are the interface between our customers and our team. You will support our partners after contract signing, ensure their success, and continuously develop the collaboration. Your goal: build long-term customer relationships, create value, and unlock growth potential.

In Short

  • Maintain customer relationships – Direct contact for our customers: from onboarding to ongoing support and strategic developments.
  • Guide projects – Ensure customers successfully use our platform – with training, demos, and close communication.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling – Identify additional potentials, advise customers, and place suitable extensions.
  • Measure success – Analyze usage and results, gather feedback, and suggest optimizations.
  • Event presence – Represent customers at conferences, workshops, and industry events, and expand networks.
  • Bridge to the team – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to communicate customer needs and requirements.
  • Strategic consulting – Inspire customers on how to tell new stories and explore markets with AR and AI.

Requirements

  • Customer orientation – You are empathetic, service-oriented, and able to build trust and establish long-term relationships.
  • Strong communication skills – Fluent in German and English, confident in presentations, skilled in negotiations, and persuasive in workshops.
  • Experience – Professional experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales – ideally in the SaaS or tech environment.
  • Storytelling talent – You can convey complex technologies in an understandable and exciting way.
  • Tech affinity – Enthusiasm for AR/VR, AI, and digital innovations; proficient in Microsoft Office and common CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
  • Structure & Drive – You organize yourself independently, never lose track, and think solution-oriented.
