Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years building distributed, scalable cloud-based applications.
• 1+ year working with large language models in production.
• Familiarity with transformer networks and attention mechanisms.
• Experience deploying evaluation frameworks for LLMs.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Experience with full lifecycle of building and scaling LLM architectures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance speed versus quality in shipping to customers.
