Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing Sales team at Zapier, where you’ll support building the founding Enterprise Sales team.

In Short

  • Drive revenue for Zapier, owning the entire sales cycle through close.
  • Deeply understand your customers to uncover their needs and pain points.
  • Navigate complex multi-party sales and win trust through consultative sales conversations with executives.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Leadership, etc. to build strategic adoption plans for customers in large accounts.
  • Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Hubspot.
  • Provide recommendations to our product teams to help influence our Enterprise roadmap.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of demonstrated success in selling horizontal SaaS solutions to multi-stakeholder or technical organizations at the enterprise level.
  • Proven track record of success in closing enterprise-level software deals over $250K.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and tools like Zapier.
  • Demonstrated ability to discuss IT concerns, including security, scalability, compliance, and performance.
  • Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization.
  • Ability to develop and navigate senior-level relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Driven and self-motivated and ability to thrive in a state of ambiguity.
