Overview

We are looking for you as an Operations Manager in our headquarters in Munich, Berlin, or Halle, or also nationwide remote in a hybrid model.

In Short

  • Responsible for a customer service project for a well-known client, managing operational and process aspects.
  • Lead up to 5 team leads, each managing up to 25 freelancers.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, implementing their individual requirements into our processes.
  • Ensure high-quality execution in close coordination with team leads.
  • Motivate remote customer care teams to achieve high performance.
  • Analyze relevant KPIs and implement timely optimizations.
  • Manage all stakeholders for positive outcomes and smooth process flows.
  • Implement proactive process improvements.
  • Work closely with the Operations Management team.
  • Possibility of working in a flexible hybrid model.

Requirements

  • Completed training and management or project management experience, ideally in the contact center environment.
  • Understanding of client and call center agent needs, able to act on equal footing.
  • Strong communication skills in German.
  • High quality standards, structured, and flexible in changing situations.
  • Confident and self-assured demeanor, able to work in cross-functional and intercultural teams.
