Overview

Yottaa is seeking an experienced and customer-centric Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customers and ensure their satisfaction and retention, focusing on building strong customer relationships and driving business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with the Renewal Manager on successful renewals.
  • Identify and plan against churn risk proactively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years in customer success or account management.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and web performance.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Experience in objection handling and resolving challenges.
  • Growth mindset with quick learning ability.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and organizational skills.
