As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive our lead generation efforts and expand our market presence.

• Develop and execute an SEO-driven content strategy.
• Manage paid campaigns to generate leads and maximize ROI.
• Improve website conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization.
• Develop email campaigns and lead nurturing flows.
• Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance.
• Increase brand visibility through PR and partnerships.
• Tailor campaigns for German and English-speaking audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS.
• Fluent in German & English (written & spoken).
• Proven experience in driving organic traffic and lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar tools.
• Ability to craft compelling campaigns that drive engagement.
