Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Account Executive to lead enterprise sales efforts for our IT Service Management (ITSM) software platform across the full public sector market, including U.S. federal agencies and state and local governments.

In Short

  • Own and manage a defined territory for federal and state/local government accounts.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities for ITSM software solutions.
  • Navigate complex federal procurement processes.
  • Build relationships with senior IT and operations leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and solicitations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce CRM.
  • Stay current on federal IT policies and initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Travel up to 30%.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with focus on public sector.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Knowledge of federal and state procurement practices.
  • Experience with ITSM and related solutions.
  • Established relationships with senior IT leadership.
  • Understanding of IT frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Active security clearance preferred.
