As a Technical Lead at Xsolla, you will guide and support the engineering team in delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions while driving technical direction and ensuring alignment between engineering and product objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Go.
• 2+ years in a tech lead or team lead capacity.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
• Proficient in Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Basic familiarity with frontend technologies.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
