Overview

As a Lead Product Designer at Xplor, you will set direction, drive design quality, and elevate the impact of design across Xplor Gym, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design expertise.
• 7+ years of product design experience in SaaS or tech environments.
• Management experience in leading and developing designers.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from discovery to launch.
• Deep expertise in user-centered design and research skills.
• Advanced proficiency in design systems.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive measurable outcomes.
