Overview

This opportunity is for the Core Platform (Strats), which aims to build digital products that support investment products at XP Inc, as well as all assets traded on the stock exchange, currency, structured products, among others. This is a team passionate about putting technology to serve the business. You can do very well if you really like investment products and cutting-edge technology!

In Short

• Conduct diagnostics, process mapping, and problem solving;
• Organize discussions for decision-making based on data;
• Support the planning and organization of strategic projects and initiatives;
• Assist in structuring the governance of the area to monitor execution and results;
• Help in preparing materials for executive results meetings;
• Support the budgeting process and QBR (Quarter Business Review).

Requirements

• Good analytical skills;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools.
