Compliance Coordinator | AML - Remote

Overview

This opportunity is for the Offshore Compliance area, which has the mission of ensuring regulatory compliance within the Institution.

In Short

• Manage a team of analysts responsible for reviewing KYC for approval, focusing on AML concerns.
• Conduct detailed analyses of high-risk clients during onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
• Analyze client information and transactional data to identify and investigate suspicious activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, risk management, and operations.
• Assist in developing and implementing AML training programs for employees.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of AML activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Law.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AML compliance in the securities industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in people management in compliance or AML roles.
• Fluent in English.
• General understanding of AML regulations, including BSA and USA PATRIOT Act.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
