Overview

This position is aimed at junior, mid-level, and senior individuals looking to work as an Analyst of Strategy and Performance at XP Inc. We have openings at all seniorities for hiring windows.

Requirements

• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Decision-making and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives in multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical and hands-on profile.
• Understanding of ETL processes.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python/PySpark.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
