CRM Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a CRM Analyst to join the Acquisition team at InfoMoney, the largest and most complete communication company specialized in markets, investments, and business.

In Short

• Support the development and implementation of CRM strategies.
• Act on the planning of multichannel communication journeys (email, WhatsApp, etc.) and in defining segments.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, behaviors, and improvement opportunities.
• Create reports with results and present insights on relevant KPIs.
• Transform insights into concrete actions to improve channel performance and customer satisfaction.
• Identify growth and customer loyalty opportunities.
• Organize the content production calendar used in communication strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in analyzing CRM campaign data.
• Practical experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactivity and willingness to learn.
