SAP Support Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced support analyst to provide functional and technical support for SAP EWM, troubleshooting incidents, service requests, and operational issues.

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP EWM.
• Analyze recurring problems and propose long-term corrective actions.
• Handle incidents in alignment with ITIL processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM.
• Understanding of SAP ECC/S4 HANA integration points.
• Familiarity with SAP configuration and debugging.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication with technical teams.
• Experience in writing documentation.
• Experience in a Tier 2/3 SAP support role.
