Recruiter - Remote

Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for executing the day-to-day recruiting activities, managing the candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open roles in a timely and efficient manner. The Recruiter will also play a key role in promoting the company’s employer brand and ensuring a consistent recruitment process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is desirable.
• Familiarity with ATS and other sourcing tools.
• Fluency in English and Russian is required.
• Strong interviewing skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
• Understanding of recruitment metrics.
• Ability to represent the company’s brand positively.
• Experience in social media recruiting is a plus.
