• Xometry is looking for a Contract Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.
• Responsible for sourcing top technical talent and building a talent pipeline.
• Consult with hiring managers on recruitment strategy.
• Focus on sourcing non-technical roles in Sales and Operations across Brazil and Argentina.
• 2-3 month contract position.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Provide clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
• Drive results and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing or full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for US-based companies.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Advanced Spanish and Portuguese language skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
• Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of human resources practices and employment laws.
