We are looking for a relationship-building champion as Client Relationships Manager who thrives in project management and wants to celebrate client success stories. You'll play a crucial role in onboarding new clients and ensuring they unlock the full potential of our platform.

In Short

  • Full-time role (40 hours per week) and 100% remote.
  • Manage onboarding experiences for pharmaceutical clients.
  • Guide projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Monitor performance and celebrate successes.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • 2-4 years of experience in client management.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

  • Tech savvy and interested in modern technology.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with pharmaceutical clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Bilingual in German and English.
  • Experience with CRM tools (i.e., Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Experience in SaaS onboarding.
  • Experience in presenting to clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field is a plus.
