Overview

The Account Manager (“AM”) is responsible for business development, risk mitigation, generating revenue and promoting the company’s products and services within a specific geographic area.

In Short

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Achieve goals through daily field visits, calls, and texts.
  • Document dealer interactions in the company’s system.
  • Set policy expectations with dealer accounts.
  • Communicate products and changes to clients.
  • Analyze client data to identify at-risk scenarios.
  • Maintain compliance practices to mitigate risk.
  • Support local auction campaigns and promotions.
  • Communicate with management regarding financial data.
  • Manage a team of sales and administrative professionals.

Requirements

  • 75% travel in the assigned market and remote work.
  • High school degree/GED required; college degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive dealership.
  • Must be or willing to become a state Notary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic computer software skills required.
