Principal Reward Partner, Global Go-To-Market - Remote

Overview

The Principal Reward Partner plays a critical role in ensuring our People Experience (PX) and Talent Experience (TX) teams, especially the People Leaders of our Revenue and Marketing organizations, are supported to make complex decisions at the right time. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Xero's reward programs specifically tailored for our global Revenue and Marketing organizations.

• Provide expertise in compensation strategy and policy for the technology industry.
• Support the design of compensation policies for attracting, retaining, and motivating key talent.
• Provide technical leadership to the Reward team on Revenue and Marketing-specific reward matters.
• Lead projects impacting global Revenue and Marketing teams.
• Manage the Annual Salary Review and Short Term Incentive plans.
• Design and review incentive plans focused on Revenue and Marketing needs.
• Develop strong relationships with the Executive Team and senior leadership.
• Advise people leaders on compensation structures and performance metrics.
• Benchmark roles using specialized market data.
• Manage relationships with consultancies specializing in sales compensation.

Requirements

• Experience in compensation strategy and policy development.
• Strong analytical skills related to reward programs.
• Ability to influence and support senior leadership.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of market benchmarking and analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of sales compensation structures.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in the technology or SMB sectors is a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
