Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Onboarding Specialist to join our Asia Sales team. You will support our Small Business (SMB) customers in Hong Kong, ensuring successful conversions, onboarding, and product adoption.

In Short

  • Guide new users through initial product interactions
  • Drive customer conversion, retention, and advocacy
  • Implement process improvements for effective customer interactions
  • Leverage data insights for personalized customer experiences
  • Explain core product features and their value to customers
  • Administer test-and-learn projects at various customer journey stages

  • Deliver presentations to partners and organizations
  • Assist customers with technical questions and direct them to resources

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS company
  • Ability to speak Cantonese for communication with Hong Kong businesses
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
