Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven track record in delivering highly available backend systems.
• Deep expertise in system architecture and API design.
• Strong proficiency in modern backend stacks (C#, Java, Golang, C++).
• Experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated leadership in technical direction and mentoring.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and drive agile execution.
• Experience in payments or fintech domains (preferred).
