Overview

The Senior Quality and Regulatory Manager will lead the company's efforts in ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards within the veterinary and livestock production solutions sector.

In Short

• Lead quality and regulatory compliance for MWI U.S. Operations.
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop and manage the Corporate Vendor Quality Audit Program.
• Ensure compliance with DSCSA requirements.
• Manage regulatory activities for VetOne and Securos Brands.
• Track and report quality data and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee documentation and internal audits for QMS effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for regulatory integration.
• Manage a team of direct reports.
• Support training and educational programs related to compliance.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in a Science discipline.
• Minimum of five years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
• Experience in auditing and quality management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make management decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the drug development process.
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred.
