Senior Manager, Quality - Remote

In Short

• Oversee quality assurance activities related to veterinary drug products.
• Manage QA programs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, VICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality alignment.
• Support product release through QA review.
• Participate in QMS development and improvement.
• Manage communications with CDMOs regarding quality issues.
• Maintain awareness of evolving veterinary pharmaceutical regulations.
• Lead inspection readiness activities.
• Occasional travel to visit CDMOs and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in GxP QA roles.
• Broad understanding of drug development and manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of FDA CVM regulations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and electronic QMS.
• Experience with international regulatory environments is a plus.
