Overview

The Senior Manager of Quality Audit is responsible for leading Included Health’s centralized audit function to support client audits of our care and services. This role drives the strategy and execution of the Quality Audit Program, providing oversight and ownership of continuous readiness, real-time audit coordination, and post-audit activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years in a benefit consultancy or healthcare internal audit readiness.
  • 5+ years in project management and cross-functional projects.
  • 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams.
  • 2+ years with healthcare data and quality metrics.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting to leadership.
  • Ability to lead through influence and secure commitments.
  • Appetite for technology and automation.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to travel 15%.
