Sr. Procurement Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Procurement Specialist manages procurement activities, maintains and improves supplier relationships, and makes cost-effective purchasing decisions.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end procurement, including supplier selection, negotiations, and purchase order execution.
• Maintain vendor relationships, monitor contracts, and ensure compliance with internal company policies.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic sourcing efforts.
• Lead category management projects, including quarterly business reviews with team members.
• Track procurement performance metrics and report on important trends.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other teams to align procurement strategies with our goals.
• Help refine procurement policies, intake workflows, approval processes and lead continuous improvements in the Procurement workflow.

Requirements

• 2+ years of procurement or sourcing experience.
• Strong contract negotiation, analytical, and resolution skills.
• Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Workday, Coupa, SAP).
• Comfort balancing priorities across multiple projects.
• Experience with building strong, trusting relationships across teams.
