QA Manager Audit & Vendor Quality - Remote

Overview

As a QA Manager within Audit & Vendor Quality, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance across client & internal audit programs and vendor network.

In Short

• Work with and build strong relationships with vendors, internal sites, and clients globally.
• Own and manage vendor audit programs, CAPA implementation, and compliance initiatives.
• Work from home with international travel (~0–2 audits per month).
• Help shape audit strategies, compliance improvements, and regulatory readiness.
• Plan, conduct, report, and close audits to ensure compliance with GCP, GCLP, and applicable ISO standards.
• Manage contracts and invoicing for external auditors.
• Oversee vendor qualification paperwork and audit lifecycle within Veeva Vault.
• Identify opportunities to enhance audit processes and overall quality systems.
• Host client audits and assist in inspection readiness.
• Collaborate with various departments to align vendor management processes.

Requirements

• Experience in Quality Assurance within clinical research.
• Strong understanding of GCP, GCLP, and ISO standards.
• Proven track record in audit management and vendor quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
