The Business Area Manager (Nursing) at Cencora is responsible for leading a remote team of Field Nurses, ensuring high-quality patient care, and achieving key performance indicators within a designated geographical territory.

Requirements

• BScN or equivalent; registration with the College of Nurses required.
• 5-7 years of nursing experience.
• 2-5 years of management experience.
• Experience in nurse training and education.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Bilingualism in French/English is an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience in the biotechnical/pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
