UI/UX Developer - Remote

Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented UI/UX Developer to join our team! In this role you will help design and deliver the next generation transportation management systems used by agencies worldwide to enhance public safety.

In Short

• Design modern user experience mockups using Figma.
• Implement designs in React with functional components.
• Utilize tools like Vite and mono-repos for enterprise UI.
• Manage state using context and Redux.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for UI integration.
• Work independently and understand complex requirements.
• Experience with backend Java API development is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years in the Java ecosystem.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Google, or Azure.
• Proficient in automated testing frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Hands-on experience with React JS, Angular, REST, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS.
• Experience with Atlassian products: Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket.
• Understanding of DevOps and Continuous Integration concepts.
• Experience interfacing with back-end applications using RESTful services.
• Security Clearance Requirement: None.
