Requirements

• Experience with Georgia DOT or similar state agencies.
• Knowledge of traffic analysis software (e.g., Synchro, Vissim).
• Strong business development skills preferred.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to innovate and defend recommendations to clients.
