Parsons is seeking a talented Senior Project Control Manager to lead project controls efforts on complex programs, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and cost analysis.

• Develop and manage project controls processes.
• Provide guidance and direction on project control issues.
• Create reports and presentations for management review.
• Manage a team of Project Control Engineers/Specialists.
• Maintain project risk registers and facilitate risk workshops.
• Oversee subcontractor invoicing and customer billing cycles.
• Coordinate staffing and supervise project work activities.
• Participate in business development efforts.
• Customize project control systems as needed.
• Ensure adherence to project controls procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Project Controls Software and Microsoft Office.
• Supervisory experience in project controls.
• Knowledge of industry practices and standards.
• Parsons Project Controls Manager Certification preferred.
• Experience in Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Program Management is desirable.
