Overview

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) plays a pivotal role in leading the internal day-to-day operations and delivery for a set of strategic, creative, and medium-to-high complexity tactical projects, from inception to completion, within a brand or multiple brands.

In Short

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of complex projects.
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Lead project kickoffs and status meetings.
• Facilitate monthly billing and financial analysis.
• Assist with change order creation and management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee and mentor Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize Project Management Information Systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• 3-5 years of experience in a PMO role.
• Preferred experience in pharmaceuticals or advertising.
• Advanced understanding of PMO standards.
• Experience leading complex projects.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and influence decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with project forecasting and analysis.
• Comfortable with client-facing communication.
