Senior Project Manager - Remote

In Short

• Lead end-to-end (E2E) program oversight from strategic planning through post-launch optimization.
• Oversee integrated timelines, resource alignment, and cross-functional milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, including timelines, workstreams, risks, and go-to-market activities.
• Drive collaborative engagement across departments including Creative, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Digital, and Finance.
• Contribute to the evolution of PMO processes, tools, templates, and knowledge sharing.
• Track program metrics and drive performance reporting to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
• May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in beauty, pharma, skincare, and fashion industries a plus.
• 8 + years of experience in project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Proven ability to drive process optimization and lead change management initiatives.
• Expertise in building and managing timelines, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and project governance.
• Demonstrated success leading product launches and cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
• Proficiency in project management methodology, tools, and software (Smartsheet preferred).
