Overview

As a Senior Environmental & Sustainability Manager at Parsons, you will contribute to sustainability and environmental strategies for high-quality projects while working with a diverse and intelligent team.

In Short

• Manage multidisciplinary projects requiring sustainability evaluation.
• Develop tailored sustainability strategies for projects.
• Guide teams through planning, design, and construction supervision.
• Prepare technical reports and studies for sustainability certification.
• Assess and manage appointed sub-consultants.
• Prepare community solid waste management plans.
• Review deliverables from consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for project information.
• Document participation in sustainability certification applications.
• Engage with diverse teams to achieve sustainability objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, planning, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering design or sustainability consultancy.
• Estidama PCRS PQP and/or LEED AP and/or BREEAM AP certifications.
• Knowledge of latest sustainability trends.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English.
