Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Resilience team in Alberta, focusing on managing and delivering environmental projects.

• Manage and deliver environmental projects of various sizes and complexities.
• Define and oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Provide technical guidance and prepare reports.
• Conduct senior reviews and mentor team members.
• Handle technical tasks for contaminated site investigations and remediation design.
• Ensure project objectives are clearly defined and met.
• Prepare and review reports, work plans, and proposals.
• Oversee the work of intermediate and junior staff.
• Maintain quality, health, safety, and performance management systems.

Requirements

• 20 years of experience managing contaminated sites and site remediation.
• Expertise in environmental compliance and knowledge of guidelines.
• Proven leadership in designing and executing field programs.
• Strong data analysis and report-writing skills.
• Flexibility to travel for site visits and meetings.
• Experience in sectors like oil and gas, mining, and government.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive project proposals and reports.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) designation is preferred.
