Project Manager - Environmental Sustainability - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of supplier surveys and environmental data collection, acting as a strategic advisor and key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams while supporting ESG standards.

In Short

• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors for accurate completion of supply chain surveys.
• Manage client relationships, project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Monitor project deliverables for alignment with goals and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates and guidance.
• Conduct research and data collection for actionable recommendations.
• Review and approve proposals in response to RFPs.
• Support safety culture and employee ownership values.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Position requires travel as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Environmental Studies or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in environmental consulting or related industry.
• Experience in food supply chains preferred.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in English communication.
