Overview

Parsons is seeking a talented Landscape Engineer to oversee landscape construction works across various infrastructure and housing projects, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, and quality standards.

In Short

• Supervise landscape construction activities including hardscape, softscape, and irrigation.
• Verify execution aligns with approved IFC drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections for quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve site issues.
• Support EPMO in performance monitoring and reporting.
• Participate in project close-out procedures related to landscaping.
• Review change orders and claims related to landscape works.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction standards and methods required.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3+ years in landscape construction supervision.
• Prior experience in governmental or EPMO/PMC projects preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Ability to interpret drawings and contract clauses.
• Familiarity with EPMO frameworks and compliance requirements.
