Overview

The Cost Control Manager at Parsons will utilize extensive knowledge and experience in project controls to manage and execute all phases of project cost efforts, while leading a team and ensuring effective communication with clients.

In Short

• Manage and execute project controls efforts including cost/estimating analysis.
• Provide guidance and direction for complex project control problems.
• Interface with clients and attend regular meetings.
• Manage a team of Cost Control Engineers/Specialists.
• Assess impacts of design/construction changes and schedule slippages.
• Oversee development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate staffing requirements and supervise project activities.
• Conduct performance reviews and personnel development.
• Customize project control systems to meet project needs.
• Participate in business development efforts and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience including supervisory/managerial experience.
• Proficient in various Project Controls Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong supervisory skills and thorough industry knowledge.
