We are seeking a qualified Cost Manager / Contracts Manager with proven experience in industrial construction projects to oversee cost control, contract administration, and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.

In Short

  • Preparation of master project schedule at macro and micro levels.
  • Tracking the master schedule and generating reports.
  • Interpreting trends and performance across all streams.
  • Working closely with contractors to align schedules.
  • Managing resource-based project planning.
  • Providing timely projections to design and procurement teams.
  • Optimizing project schedule for just-in-time procurement.
  • Coordinating with Finance, Marketing, and CRM teams.
