Requirements

• Approx. 5 years of experience in cost management.
• Fit-out experience is desirable.
• Degree in a related subject (BE/B.Tech - Civil).
• MRICS qualification is advantageous.

• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of cost and value drivers.
