Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Software Sales Executive to help lead our sales team in delivering healthcare technology solutions.

In Short

  • Execute and oversee end to end sales process using a consultative/solution selling approach.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop innovative strategies to improve customer experience and lead conversion.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data in HubSpot.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and track all sales activities within HubSpot CRM.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Oversee the development of a robust sales pipeline.
  • Optimize the sales process from pre-sale to post-sale.
  • Manage revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Engage with networking contacts and industry groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 5 years selling experience in IT, preferably software or SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent track record in selling Software / SaaS solutions in the Healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in HubSpot, specifically in setting up sales workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
